For the Pitrupaksha fortnight, enquire as early as possible so a coordinator can check the relevant pandit, sacred site and date. Year-round rites can also be discussed personally.

You can update your preferences while the request is still an enquiry. If you later agree to an arrangement directly, its written rescheduling and cancellation terms will apply; ask the coordinator to explain them before you decide.

The coordinator may ask about the rite you are considering, preferred sacred site and date, participants, language or accessibility needs, and ancestor details you choose to share. Only provide information you are authorised and comfortable to share.
