This website currently collects enquiries only. It does not accept card, UPI, bank-transfer or other payment details and it does not generate an online order.
No website payment or website refund
Because an enquiry does not charge you, there is no website payment to cancel or refund. A form confirmation or coordinator reply is not a payment receipt and does not itself confirm an arrangement.
Later offline arrangements
If a coordinator later proposes an offline arrangement involving payment, the amount, inclusions, payment recipient, cancellation conditions, rescheduling conditions and refund terms must be supplied and agreed directly in writing before payment. Do not make a payment unless those details are clear to you.
Questions or disputes
The public website cannot determine a refund for terms that were never stated here. Keep the written terms and payment record for any later arrangement, and contact info@pitrupaksha.org with the relevant enquiry details if you need help locating the responsible coordinator.
