The coordinator may ask about the rite you are considering, preferred sacred site and date, participants, language or accessibility needs, and ancestor details you choose to share. Only provide information you are authorised and comfortable to share.

Duration varies by rite, family requirements, local practice and site conditions. The coordinator will ask the proposed practitioner to confirm an expected range before any arrangement is finalised.

Yes. Add the language your family understands best. We will check whether an appropriate pandit is available in that language for the place and date.

Tell the coordinator who hopes to take part and from where. The pandit can then explain what is suitable for that rite and family tradition before the practical details are discussed.

Share what the family does know: names, relationships, a calendar date or an older family record. Missing details are common, and the appropriate questions can be discussed with the pandit.

Ask us to reconfirm the meeting point, local access, seasonal conditions and any mobility or language needs for your date. Religious questions should be discussed with the proposed pandit.
